You’d be mistaken for thinking that you can’t get Book of the Month items from their US online store shipped to Canada. It is $14.99 a month, which is taken out at the end of each month.

The cheapest way to ship books to Canada is to use the US Postal Service (USPS). On average, it’s about $15 to ship a book to Canada using USPS Media Mail.
